All Trades specializes in providing skilled tradesmen and laborers. All applicants go through an orientation process that explains our policies and procedures to them. We interview every applicant, check their job references and provide them with written tests when applicable. Furthermore, All Trades pays for the Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, General Liability Insurance and Employer’s Payroll Taxes.

All Trades will, upon approval, hire an individual or individuals on your behalf for a period not to exceed 180 days when it is to your benefit to do so. This is our payroll service.

Our employees are guaranteed with a four- hour trial period so you may try our employees without risk. If you are not satisfied within any of our employees for any reason simply release them at any time within four hours of their start time and notify our office. You will not be charged for their time on the job.

Should you want to hire one of our employees All Trades requires that you use him/her for a minimum of 360 hours through us. You may hire him/her anytime after that. Notify our office of the employee’s start date with your company.

When you hire an All Trades employee that individual has completed an orientation process which explains in detail our policies and procedures covering such issues as safety, appropriate job site dress and PPE, pay and pay periods, time cards, and so forth. Most importantly we perform routine job performance checks on our employees where we obtain direct feedback from our customers. This enables us to build a profile of each employee’s skill, attitude, work ethics, tools, promptness, knowledge and other attributes important to you and your staff. All Trades will provide pre-employment drug screening or “for cause” screening upon request.

We provide our customers that pay their invoices within 10 days of receipt a 1.5% discount. However, accounts that are 30 days past due will be assessed a 1.5% finance charge.
